Performs functions to project manage and support the Nuclear division sales efforts for modifications, refurbishments, and new equipment sales of overhead cranes within the Nuclear Industry.

Job Requirements:
Uses: Microsoft Office (incl. Excel, Word, Project, Power Point), ERP system.
• Bachelor of Science (ME, EE, NE) or equivalent experience required, PE certification preferred.
• 5 years experience in project management preferred, prior experience in procurement or sales of heavy capital equipment a plus.

Under general direction:
• Project management, from conception through development and delivery of nuclear cranes (incl. modifications, refurbishment and new equipment).
• Supports the Nuclear division sales efforts (customer contact, prepare JIDS, coordinates proposal efforts, PO reviews, guides delivery of Crane Product Group deliverables to the Nuclear Division.
• Gate keep customer contact with Crane Product Group, ensuring customer needs are met while ensuring Whiting Corporation is fairly compensated.
• Cross-checks designs from Analytical department to ensure code compliance.
• Assist in development of nuclear decision P&P, training programs, new niche market areas.
• Special projects may be assigned by VP & GM, Nuclear Division as the department evolves.
• Assists in leveling Engineering and Shop loading.
• Authorize invoicing as Project Milestones are met.
• May work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Supports overall company performance goals.
